Warranty

1.1
The product warranty covers only original manufacturing defects and not defects that arise in connection with, or after modification of the product’s function and appearance, e.g. rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product. The order confirmation is your proof of warranty. Different products have different warranty periods. Read more below about what applies to your product. Warranties for our vehicles apply only if all service, maintenance and repairs required by the user manual and service plan are performed by a workshop and a receipt is available.
1.2
Your right to report non-compliance includes products that are defective under applicable consumer protection laws. Customers who wish to claim defects in ordered products must contact us as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered through the contact details on the website. Notices of non-conformity issued within two months of the discovery of the defect are always considered to have been filed on time. You have a three-year right to report non-conformity for products purchased on the Website. You should always report any discrepancies as early as possible after you discover the discrepancy.
1.3
We always pay returns when notifications of deviations have been accepted.
1.4
Once a product has been returned and the Notice of Conformity Notice has been approved, we will compensate you under the terms of applicable consumer protection legislation. This usually occurs within 30 days of receiving the nonconformity message, but may take longer depending on the type of product. We reserve the right to reject a notice of non-conformity if it turns out that the product is not defective under the terms of current consumer protection legislation. When reporting non-compliance, we follow the guidelines from Consumer Disputes (www.arn.se). More information is available at www.konsumentverket.se.
1.5
Warranties for our various vehicles apply only if all service, maintenance and repair required by the user manual and service plan is carried out by a workshop and a receipt is available.
1.6
We pay the cost of repairs of approved warranty defects. You should always contact our customer service first if a warranty error occurs. The workshop where you take your vehicle must contact us before performing any repairs. We do not pay the cost of repairs performed without our approval. You are responsible for finding a local workshop and booking your vehicle. You are also responsible for taking your vehicle to a repair shop and picking it up afterwards.
1.7
We offer a two-year warranty on all our vehicles. We also offer a one-year warranty for the batteries. Read more below. The two-year warranty we provide covers manufacturing defects. The warranty does not include installation or adjustment measures that may be required for installation or in conjunction with service or wear on earthing materials such as batteries, tires, brake pads, wires, lamps or other normal wear.
A battery is a consumable and is subject to a one-year warranty. To ensure that the battery has a maximum service life, it is important to follow the maintenance instructions. Do not forget that a battery needs maintenance recharge if the vehicle is not used regularly or if you drive less than 10 km each time you start it.
Spare parts are subject to a one-year warranty, with the exception of wear parts and working hours at workshops, which are subject to a three-month warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
Errors or damage caused by improper use of the product, incorrect installation / adjustment / settings or inadequate maintenance and service. If a vehicle has been adjusted, if parts have been changed from their original design or if parts other than original parts have been used. Vehicles used commercially.
