1. General


These general terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer order via our website: www.evess.se. An agreement is established between you and Evess AB, company organisation number 559203-6866. Detailed contact information and other information about Evess AB can be found under Contact us. The terms apply only to consumers who order through our website. 


We follow the General Complaints Board (ARN).


You must be at least 18 to place an order. Under Swedish law, we do not accept credit purchases for persons under the age of 18. In specific cases, we reserve the right to refuse or change your order (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal information and / or if you have not paid). Please also note that we cannot register a vehicle for a person who is under 18 years of age.


Sales are subject to availability and we disclaim responsibility for any errors in images or text on the site, such as an error in a product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changed supplier prices or currency fluctuations) or incorrect information about whether a product is in stock. We have the right to correct any errors and change or update information at any time.


All information on the site, and all content, is owned by Evess AB or its licensors. The information is protected by intellectual property and market law. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, designs, layouts and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without our written consent. 


You as a customer approve that Evess AB collects your social security number and uses it to register your purchase with the Transport Agency.

2. Contract and Order


You must accept the terms and conditions to make a purchase on one of our sites. By accepting the terms, you agree to abide by them in full and you agree that you have read and agreed to handling of personal data and cookies . 


A purchase contract has been made only when we have confirmed your order and you have received an order confirmation from us via e-mail. We encourage you to keep this order confirmation for any contacts with our customer service department. 

3. Prices, charges and payments


The prices on the website apply when you order on one of our websites. Prices are in SEK and include VAT. Prices are all inclusive including shipping costs,


You can pay using the methods listed on the site. We are entitled to charge when you place the order unless invoice payment or other similar payment method has been chosen by you and approved by us. In case of invoice or part payment, our partner can run a credit check. We reserve the right not to always offer all payment methods or change payment methods if the method you selected does not work for any reason at the date of purchase. Please note that payment method restrictions are set on the site.

4. Promotions and Givings 


From time to time, we may run promotions on the site that may result in more favorable terms than these terms, such as for payment or extended cancellation rights. These more favorable terms apply when the promotion is active and the specific products specified by us in connection with the promotion. We reserve the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. If the campaign is terminated or revoked, these terms will apply without modification. Offers for specific products on the site are valid for a limited time and while stocks remain.


With the purchase of your product from Evess, you will receive between 1-5 pieces of onboarding / FAQ mail explaining the product and giving you tips and inspiration regarding your purchased product. These emails cannot be denied.

5. Delivery and Transport


Products in stock are usually delivered within two-four business days.


The expected delivery time for a product is displayed when you check out and / or on the relevant product page on the website.

6. Right to cancel / return 


Purchases of products on our website are always subject to a 30-day right of return / return in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 30 days of you or your agent receiving the ordered product (cancellation period). 


The cancellation right does not apply to the following types of products: (a) vehicles registered in your name, such as quad bikes, mopeds and motorcycles b) Products with broken packaging. If a product has been sealed, you may not break the seal if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal ceases when you break the seal c) Products that have been used.


If you wish to cancel a purchase, you must send us a clear message by e-mail before the end of the right of withdrawal. You must enter your social security number, name, address and other relevant information, such as order number, invoice number and product name in the message.


When you exercise your right to cancel, you pay return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the product after you have received it, until and during the return transport. The product must be returned within 30 days of the notice of withdrawal being sent to us. The product must be shipped well packaged, in excellent condition and in the original packaging. Price example for return: Small package: 100 SEK.

Pallet (for example, vehicles and large accessories): electric mopeds SEK 700.

Upon delivery to you, transport is at our risk, that is, we are responsible for any damage to the product between our warehouse until you have received the products. You are responsible for this if you return a product. When returning or replacing a product, make sure you include enough information to facilitate our processing. Enter your name, social security number and telephone number and the order number on the return.


When you cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid for the product, including any shipping costs. From the refunded amount, we have the right to deduct an amount that corresponds to the decrease in value of the product from its original value if and to the extent such a decrease in value is due to the fact that you are handling the product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or if it worked.


We will refund the amount as soon as possible and within 30 days from the date we received the product. 

7. Warranty and Notice of Deviation 


The warranty for products only covers original manufacturing defects and not defects that arise in connection with or after changing the product’s function and appearance, e.g. rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product. The product must also be used and maintained according to our guides we have on the site for the warranty to be covered. Your order confirmation is your proof of warranty. Different products have different warranty periods.


Your right to report non-compliance includes products that are defective under applicable consumer protection laws. Customers who want to insure errors in ordered products must contact us as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered through the contact details on the website. Notices of non-conformity issued within two months of the discovery of the defect are always considered to have been filed on time. You have a three-year right to report discrepancy for products purchased on the site. You should always report nonconformity as soon as possible to make sure you do not lose your rights.


The specifications for each product are given according to ideal conditions. We reserve ourselves for possible deviations of these. We also reserve ourselves for typos or deviations of images of the products we sell.


We always pay returns when notifications of deviations are accepted.


Once a product has been returned and the Conformity Notice has been approved, we will compensate you under the terms of applicable consumer protection laws. Our goal is to do this within 30 days of receiving the non-disclosure notice, but it may take longer depending on the type of product. We reserve the right to reject a Notice of Deviation if it turns out that the product is not defective under the terms of applicable consumer protection legislation. 8. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as general labor conflicts, wars, fires, lightning strikes, terrorist attacks, changes in government regulations, technical problems, electrical / telecommunications / data connection errors or other communications and service delays or delays. from subcontractors because of such circumstances. These circumstances constitute force majeure that liberates us from injuries and other consequences. If such a situation occurs, we will notify you both at the beginning and at the end of the situation. If such circumstance lasts for more than two months, you and we have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. All changes to these Terms will be posted on the Website. Changes will take effect after you accept the terms (in connection with a new purchase or when you visit the site), or 30 days after we notify you of the changes. 10.Applicable laws and disputes


An attempt should first be made to resolve disputes amicably through discussion with our customer service department. In the event of any disputes, we always follow the decisions of the Swedish Consumer Agency.


Disputes regarding the construction or application of these terms must be interpreted under Swedish law and settled by the General Complaints Board or finally by a public court.
